Sheldon Jackson College Master Plan |
Sitka, Alaska |
This unusually small college presented a unique situation: the programs at the college were not sufficient to fully occupy the historic campus, which had previously housed a high school and a boarding school in addition to the college. The underutilized facilities were accruing a significant maintenance backlog that the institution could not support. This master planning effort included documentation of the campus and of previous master plans and recommendations for shared and alternative uses for the buildings in order to generate revenue for maintenance. |
